Join Our Team as a Digital Transformation Director

Loblaw Digital is a leading online retailer in Canada, and we're looking for a talented individual to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a Digital Transformation Director, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring that our online platforms are innovative, user-friendly, and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers and software development managers in designing, developing, and integrating digital services and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing business processes.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of new digital experiences across multiple web interfaces.
  • Communicate project status and issues to executives in a concise and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Senior Software Management or Director, Software Development level role, preferably in the retail media business.
  • Excellent understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
  • Good understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • A true leader who enables and inspires their team to do their best work.
  • Hands-on technologist who can dive deep and hold their own with senior developers.
