Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform and influence digital strategy.
  • Mentor and develop a team of digital professionals to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital design and development.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in software delivery or engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in the P&C industry with a proven track record of architecting, developing, and maintaining digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Guidewire back-end ecosystem and integration patterns with digital and mobile layers.
  • Understanding of Usage-Based Insurance (UBI) implementation within the P&C industry.
  • Experience working in hybrid delivery models, including Agile ways of working and distributed delivery teams.

  • Competitive salary range: $111,300 - $205,500.
