As a Chief Financial Officer - Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, strategic financial decision-making, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial leadership within the consulting and technology sectors, a deep understanding of digital transformation, and a proven track record of driving financial performance in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Oversee M&A-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a consulting, technology, or digital transformation company.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in driving financial performance in high-growth environments. Ability to partner with the growth, delivery and enablement teams to drive performance.
  • Expertise in digital transformation and the application of technology in finance.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a record of successful integrations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
