We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and developing strategic plans that drive business outcomes. If you have a passion for digital consumer technologies and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

As a Director, Strategy & Operations, you'll work closely with our senior leadership team to identify opportunities, risks, and metrics to measure outcomes. You'll also execute a variety of cross-functional projects, developing and implementing process improvements and organizational changes as needed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading or supporting cross-functional strategic projects by forming hypotheses, conducting research, and developing data analyses that drive insights and actionable solutions
  • Preparing executive presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations to senior executives and townhall keynotes
  • Developing and implementing process improvements and/or organizational changes
  • Serving as a liaison between senior leaders and between Loblaw Digital and Loblaw enterprise teams
  • Facilitating the development of the annual strategic plan by working with business leadership teams and Loblaw enterprise functions
  • Coaching or developing other team members

Requirements include:

  • More than 7 years of work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in forming and managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience with building presentations and compiling briefing materials
  • Experience working with people at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Passion for digital consumer technologies that are influencing retail and e-commerce, enterprise technology platforms, and emerging technologies
