Responsibilities- Schedule patients to ensure efficient use of provider time
- Promote new hygiene services and treatment options
- Manage patient communication and appointment scheduling
- Utilize excellent phone skills to fill short notice cancellations and manage patient demand
- Maintain accurate records and perform daily deposit reconciliations
- Assist with insurance submissions and pre-determinations
- 3+ years of experience in a dental office setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
- Experience with Tracker and Recall Max highly preferred
