About the Role: Director, Organizational Change Lead - Enterprise Performance Transformation
As the Director, Organizational Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful transformation initiatives across our global organization. You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of organizational change, ensuring seamless adoption of new ways of working and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies aligned with our Enterprise Performance Transformation program.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consulting partners, and stakeholders across all levels to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of transformation goals.
- Cultivate a culture of change readiness by promoting open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
