Organizational Change Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a dedicated Organizational Change Specialist to support our initiatives in the Banking Sector.

Role Overview

  • Engage with the Global Compliance Transformation Program Office.
  • Oversee multiple projects focusing on technology enhancements and procedural improvements within Compliance.
  • Allocate resources effectively across various projects as required.
  • Manage the people, process, and technology aspects of one or more work streams under the Global Compliance Transformation program.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that promote business and employee engagement with new processes, aiming for swift adoption and minimal resistance.
  • Adhere to established change management practices to ensure all personnel impacts are addressed.
  • Ensure that change initiative projects achieve their objectives within the set timelines.
  • Focus on execution and the practical application of change management artifacts.
  • Document and create organizational change materials, including readiness assessments, communication strategies, talent management inputs, leadership engagement, training programs, and reinforcement plans.
  • Build strong engagement agreements with business sponsors and stakeholders to foster shared understanding and commitment to project goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, with a solid understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation or project management roles, demonstrating success in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work with Executive-level stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to craft clear communications for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in technology transformation projects.
  • Certifications such as Prosci or ADKAR are advantageous.

Work Arrangement

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
