About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our team as Director, Organizational Change Lead - Enterprise Performance Transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and business excellence across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change strategy to support our multi-year Enterprise Performance Transformation program.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, develop, and deploy organizational change initiatives.
- Lead workstreams within large complex programs, enabling delivery of organizational change for Enterprise Transformations that drives sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to frontline employees.
- Work with internal centers of excellence to support and enable the work.
- Manage third-party relationships and develop, maintain, and lead relationships with third-party organizations working with you on complex transformation programs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with 5+ years in enterprise transformations and 3+ years in a global multi-faceted organization.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Masters or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
- Experience defining, designing, developing, and deploying organizational change workstreams for complex multi-function enterprise transformations.
- Passion for unlocking the value and power of technology and digitalization to enable businesses and their people to create the future they want.
- Deep insights into current trends and issues in the organizational change profession and broader ecosystem, and their impact on people, organizations, and wider society.
- Experience with design thinking and exploitation of data to solve organizational change challenges within new and emerging transformation models.
- Credibility in leading organizational change within enterprise transformations, evidenced through delivery experience and business outcomes.
- A collaborative attitude, positive approach, and genuine appetite for change in ever-changing and ambiguous landscapes.
What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
- Strong EQ, leadership skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, engaging communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to develop and enact a change strategy to support the multi-year project, maintain the change strategy program throughout the transformative process, and analyze and solve problems using qualitative and quantitative data-driven approaches.
- Strategic thinking that delivers the adoption of organizational change, applying your understanding of the link between strategy, business models, and operating models, technology enablement, and the challenges in moving people from invention to implementation and into sustained adoption.
