The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness division. This role is crucial as we embark on a transformative journey towards managing $1 trillion in assets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the enhancement of global talent practices and employee engagement.

Reporting to the Managing Director of TM&OE, you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. This position focuses on fostering the development, engagement, and readiness of employees and leaders to meet the organization's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of professionals dedicated to driving talent management programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with various partners to implement impactful talent programs and processes across the organization.
  • Redesign and implement a comprehensive global competency model, seamlessly integrating it into all talent management practices.
  • Execute a robust global listening strategy to gather valuable insights and drive engagement initiatives that resonate with our workforce.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on organizational design, change management, and other critical talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in developing and executing global talent management programs within a dynamic organization.
  • A relevant degree, professional designation, or coaching accreditation is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and change initiative implementation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively and translate it into actionable insights.
  • A commitment to staying informed about global trends and best practices in talent management.
  • The ability to identify business needs and develop innovative talent solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Proven expertise in fostering diverse relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
