Job Summary:

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to join our team. As a Senior Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for large-scale enterprise systems undergoing transformation or being built from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Lead a team of testers to ensure timely and effective testing of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Functional tester for large-scale enterprise systems undergoing transformation or being built from scratch.
  • Experience in developing automated test scripts using different tools such as Selenium, Robotic, WAVE, and others.
  • Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining test cases based on industry best practices and standards.
  • Experience with manual test execution and defect reporting, testing of various types of integration technologies.
  • Understanding of relational Database technology and working experience with SQL in the context of either test data preparation or expected result verification.
  • Knowledge of API Testing (REST, SOAP) and experience with Postman and Swagger.
  • Knowledge of AODA and experience with AODA Testing tools.
