Operations Coordinator

The Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in management and operational oversight.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
- Provide training to employees on their responsibilities and company policies.
- Compile and present reports on operational performance.
- Oversee the functionality of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Address workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggestions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage, allocate, and evaluate work assignments.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Engage with clients post-sale to deliver continuous support.
- Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
- Lead and manage working groups effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
