We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling process, ensuring payroll and scheduling accuracy, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the scheduling process to ensure efficient deployment of staff and minimize overtime.
- Manage data entry and maintain the accuracy of our database (Win Team).
- Liaise with Client Service Managers to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Track employee vacation, sick day, and leave records, as well as payroll data and overtime.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, and report results to senior management.
- Monitor overtime rates and direct the efforts of the scheduling department to minimize overtime.
- 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
- Experience with ADP and/or WinTeam Scheduling Software is an asset.
- Superior attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement.
