Job Summary

Earliest Immigration and Citizenship Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative staff members
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Administrative Operations
    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Conflict Resolution and Evaluation
    • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
