Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Task Coordination: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Logistics Oversight: Monitor and control the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Clerical Support: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, reviewing progress and providing feedback to team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues related to work orders, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
