Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Account Executive to join our dynamic Retail sales team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through prospecting, booking meetings, and owning the sales process from initial outreach to demo and close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Retail and Hospitality industries
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase Lightspeed's solutions
  • Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce and forecast sales performance to leadership
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of success in generating new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the Retail and Hospitality industries, with a passion for driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales performance
