- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and seamlessly hand them over to the Account Executive team.
- Sales Funnel Management
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead information, activities, and outcomes.
- Track the progress and analyze conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to refine the sales process, with the aim of increasing the number of qualified leads and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cadence automation tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or similar tech-related industries.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
