Join Our High-Performing Retail Sales Team

Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Outbound to join our dynamic team in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through prospecting, booking meetings, and owning the sales process from initial outreach to demo and close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the retail and hospitality industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and track key performance indicators
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong ability to prospect and close deals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
