Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing financial support to the Finance team by assisting in financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end activities, including journal entry templates preparation and management of financial reporting in EPM and Tableau.
  • Provide analysis of information from EPM and RISE applications.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting and Forecasting team to streamline and improve the timeliness and accuracy of consolidated RBC Insurance reporting processes.
  • Work closely with the team to proactively develop and improve upon the information needed to support financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows-based software and exceptional Excel skills.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Insurance products and insurance accounting.
  • Experience with RBC financial systems and analytical tools.
