Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to become a part of our Claims Department within the Customer Service Centre. In this position, you will deliver outstanding support to both external and internal clients in a call center setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational abilities and a positive demeanor to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an authority on company policies, offerings, and services
  • Manage incoming inquiries and new claims calls
  • Accurately document files with clarity
  • Take initiative on calls and assist customers and colleagues
  • Achieve call center performance metrics while ensuring quality service
  • Execute other assigned tasks or projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred
  • Possess a university degree or relevant experience
  • Willingness to pursue a CIP designation
  • Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous
  • Self-driven and resilient
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be adaptable to work 35 hours weekly
