Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Save Tax Solutions Financial Group Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.

Meeting and Event Coordination

Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Office Procedures and Routines

Establish and maintain office procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Communication and Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and secure storage of information.

Correspondence and Document Preparation

Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Project Coordination and Evaluation

Assign, coordinate, and review projects to ensure timely completion and quality results.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
