Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including data compilation, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
