Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mathew & Gupta, PC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Correspondence: Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Review and Proofread: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Asset Languages: Hindi, Marwari, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Panjabi, Punjabi.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with attention to detail.
- Client Focus: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
