We are enhancing our European operations and are in search of a Regional Sales Head - a dynamic leader in investment business with established market expertise and a robust client network capable of accelerating our growth and managing our remotely located sales team focused on new client acquisition and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transform existing contacts and clients into new business ventures.
  2. Generate new leads through market analysis, attending conferences, cold outreach, and other effective methods for identifying prospects.
  3. Lead recruitment initiatives to build the sales team in collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
  4. Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives established in conjunction with management.
  5. Identify market opportunities and keep abreast of competitive developments.
  6. Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and act as the primary contact for strategic and VIP accounts.
  7. Collaborate with Sales Administration throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases to ensure quality execution.
  8. Ensure sales processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  9. Inspire, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
  10. Guarantee timely delivery of the appropriate products and services to clients.
  11. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  12. Participate in the selection process for new hires and mentor new team members while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the Financial Services or Banking sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of the securities market.
  3. A valid business network to establish a sales pipeline within the first 90 days.
  4. Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional and managing a senior sales team in the relevant industry.
  5. Highly motivated for sales, with a focus on hunting and new business development, coupled with excellent time management skills.
  6. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
