Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the Straumann Premium Sales function within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets.
  • Mentor and foster the growth of assigned Territory Managers, providing coaching and development planning as needed.
  • Integrate sales systems and metrics as directed by Sales Excellence, ensuring seamless execution and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver pertinent market insights and analysis to Sales Leadership, informing strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and maintaining auto insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience with an exceptional track record of long-term sales growth and organic growth achievement.
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills required for success.
  • Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Medical device B2B industry experience strongly preferred.
