Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with MillerKnoll's enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned sales targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners in the region.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the contract interiors industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • 7+ years of successful contract/capital goods selling experience.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
