Regional Sales Director

MillerKnoll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Canadian market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy that drives revenue growth and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with MillerKnoll's enterprise goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners in the region.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the contract interiors industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- 7+ years of successful contract/capital goods selling experience.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
