At EightSix Network, we're seeking a charismatic and organized Host(ess) to join our team. As a Guest Service Leader, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high-energy, welcoming environment
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
