**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host to join our team at Isabelle's Lounge. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and efficient operations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

**Requirements**

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly

• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
