Role Overview

As a Host, you will play a crucial role in shaping a positive guest experience from the moment they arrive. Under the guidance of the Front of House Management Team, you will ensure an organized and efficient operation by managing guest flow, optimizing seating arrangements, and maintaining clear communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and inviting presence for guests, both in person and over the phone, even during peak times.
  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to facilitate smooth guest flow.
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables while engaging them in friendly conversation.
  • Accurately manage reservations both over the phone and in person, paying close attention to detail.
  • Ensure that the entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are tidy and well-stocked, as first impressions matter.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with table numbers and maintain awareness of each section in the establishment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and momentum.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Full availability is required.
