Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at First National. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and volumes, as well as servicing broker clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker clients to increase portfolio volumes and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on First National's products and services, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively market and sell our solutions to brokers.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage budgets and expenses to achieve sales targets and optimize business performance.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • University degree preferred, with a focus on sales or business.
