Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key role within ManpowerGroup Solutions, responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in assigned territories.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to leverage ManpowerGroup Solutions' expertise and services to deliver customized workforce solutions to clients.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to successful implementation, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, with knowledge of ManpowerGroup Solutions' services and offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Travel: No travel required for this role.
