Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key role within ManpowerGroup Solutions, responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in assigned territories.
  • Partner with clients to understand their talent needs and provide customized workforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry and workforce solutions.
