Role Overview: The Food and Beverage Operations Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of two key departments: Front Office and Food and Beverage/Culinary or Engineering/Maintenance and Housekeeping. This position involves managing personnel and ensuring the smooth execution of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing departmental financial performance.
  • Support specific teams in achieving or surpassing property objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being accessible and approachable to all guests.
  • Ensure that all staff members comprehend and embody the brand's service culture.
  • Respond promptly to requests from the customer service department.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Implement the property's emergency plan and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA/MSDS standards.
  • Establish a robust key control program.

Financial Oversight:

  • Analyze financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance metrics to assess productivity and identify areas for cost reduction and program enhancement.
