Position: Assistant Manager - Braidwood Tavern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operations at Braidwood Tavern, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Train, assess, and inspire staff to maintain quality standards
  • Work alongside F&B leadership to curate menus and uphold product excellence
  • Ensure adequate staffing, facility upkeep, and operational effectiveness
  • Foster a positive work environment for all team members

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
