About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Braidwood Cafe Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience for our guests through excellent service, quality, and friendliness.
  • Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items, making recommendations to guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offering suggestions and responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in clearing and keeping clean the Braidwood Cafe area, including the library area and patio.
  • Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and ingredients.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule and Hours

We are a 24/7 operation, and as such, we require our Braidwood Cafe Attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
