About the Role:

The Food and Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipating guests' needs and preferences.
  • Delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels valued, respected, and cared for.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service, efficient table management, and timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date on menu offerings, wine lists, and other beverage options to provide informed recommendations and suggestions.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and service standards.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and cocktail recommendations.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • A valid Serving it Right certificate.
