Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service.
