Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Team Global Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and training staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
