You will be at the forefront of our international tax initiatives, overseeing tax planning, compliance, and team development while ensuring adherence to global regulations and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and executing a comprehensive global tax framework, accounting for business impacts and foreign tax considerations. Building and mentoring an internal tax team to support our global growth trajectory. Collaborating on strategic business initiatives to ensure tax efficiency in acquisitions, joint ventures, and new projects. Managing global tax compliance and transfer pricing, focusing on key jurisdictions around the world. Overseeing employee taxation issues, including relocation and executive compensation matters. Leading all tax-related inquiries and engagements with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and integrity. Keeping informed of changes in tax legislation to maintain compliance and enhance competitiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A strong educational foundation with a CA or CPA designation, paired with extensive experience in taxation. Background in Big 4 accounting firms and experience with global, publicly traded organizations. Expertise in consolidated tax reporting under IFRS and familiarity with international tax frameworks. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a talent for building relationships and influencing senior executives. Strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering growth in a dynamic environment.
