HR Operations Leader

About the Role: We are collaborating with LRO Staffing to identify a skilled HR Operations Leader who will be an integral part of a vibrant team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Company Overview: Our client is a mid-sized, family-run enterprise eager to integrate a dedicated HR professional who will take charge of all HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine HR policies to align with organizational goals.
  • Address all HR-related inquiries with professionalism.
  • Oversee, assess, and enhance HR initiatives.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Design a remarkable onboarding journey, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Lead the internal compensation strategy, engaging in salary benchmarking and providing annual compensation insights.
  • Assist various departments and leadership in crafting and executing strategic HR plans.
  • Work in partnership with department heads to develop effective training programs.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll processing in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • CHRP/CHRL certification is a valuable asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation: This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site five days a week.
