Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team as an HR Systems and Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR systems and strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Systems Planning and Analysis: Lead the planning and analysis of HR systems to ensure they are aligned with our organization's strategic objectives.
  • Workforce Performance Monitoring: Monitor workforce performance and establish corrective measures as needed to ensure our organization is meeting its goals.
  • HR Information System Management: Take ownership of all functions related to HR information system and headcount planning.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Oversee the day-to-day reporting, forecasting, analysis, and internal-control activities of the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze internal operations and identify areas for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Governance: Oversee HR systems and lead the team to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research and produce regular, accurate periodic reports to senior leadership as required.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, assisting in strategy development and preparation of budget guidelines.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop direct reports to drive performance and engagement while role modeling our organization's values.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR-related experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, advanced reporting software knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
