The HR Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the human resources functions within our organization. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust leadership capabilities to effectively manage HR operations, formulate and execute HR policies, and foster our firm's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, ideally within a professional services or public accounting environment.
  • CHRP certification is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
