We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner - HR to join our team at TD. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and consultative support to our business leaders, driving business value and growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities- Business Strategy and Planning
- Provide HR insight into business strategy and objective setting
- Support business planning activities, including FTE management and business planning
- Talent Management
- Develop and execute talent management and diversity strategies
- Guide and coach business leaders through various HR practices, including talent acquisition and leadership development
- Change Management
- Deal with complex change management issues and move them forward using the appropriate HR channels
- HR Operations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR support to business leaders, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business value and growth through effective HR practices
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic HR advice to business leaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
