Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a range of diverse customers through strong relationships and influence key partners.
  • Manage your own territory autonomously, with support from an experienced management team and close contact with your peer network.
  • Develop insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by:
    • Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimize ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf.
    • Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
    • Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or finishing in next 6 months).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Australian work rights.
Preferred Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience.
