The primary focus of this role is to develop Strategy, Innovation, and Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) for our key brands.

  • Define the Brand Promise, Strategy, and Long-Term Growth Plan, including the development of targeted innovation roadmaps based on brand and hub strategic needs and commercial requirements.
  • Enhance the IBE by collaborating with our advertising agency and working closely with other divisions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Customer Development, Retail Marketing, and Finance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in strategic and analytical thinking, challenge conventional wisdom, foster creativity, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, prioritize people-centricity, and exhibit curiosity and passion, alongside functional expertise in digital and design.

With over 10 years of successful experience in FMCG marketing, encompassing brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth planning, you will possess:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the innovation process, from insight scouting to concept development and market launch in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Expertise in design thinking and agile innovation development.
