Position Overview: Financial Strategy Manager

  • Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations to the General Manager, Customer Development & Consumer Experience.
  • Guarantee precise financial reporting for the Northern Europe Hub.
  • Support Customer Development Managers in optimizing Account performance.
  • Oversee the trade expenditure process and track Accounts Receivable balances.
  • Collaborate with the Hub team to manage local Advertising and NVO expenditures.
  • Ensure financial operations adhere to company policies and local regulations.
  • Evaluate Account profitability and suggest enhancements for better performance.
  • Facilitate Account Planning processes and assess Risks & Opportunities.
  • Lead the monthly commercial controlling process and offer financial insights.
  • Remain informed about customer claims and the implications of trade spending.
  • Review Trade payment accruals and Customer Claims on a monthly basis.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Hub Finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background and experience in Commercial Finance.
  • Previous experience in an International Company/FMCG is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Finnish is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the capability to influence the commercial trajectory of the organization.
