**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Operate office equipment such as phone systems, copiers, and scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is required.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus, particularly in a dental setting.
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
