Nous recherchons une personne soucieuse du détail et proactive pour se joindre à notre équipe en tant qu’adjointe administrative chez Audio-Technica Canada, Inc. Ce rôle sera responsable de la gestion de divers aspects du processus de coordination de la logistique et des ventes, y compris l’approvisionnement, la coordination des expéditions, l’inventaire et d’autres soutiens au besoin.

**Les principales responsabilités comprennent, sans s’y limiter**:

- Soutien aux ventes:

- Soutien aux demandes de crédit du concessionnaire
- Applications de configuration du concessionnaire
- Configurations des SKU des concessionnaires
- Sauvegarde des commandes clients et des processus de retour
- Support de la boutique en ligne
- Répondre au téléphone
- Soutien logistique et opérationnel:

- Coordination de l’expédition:

- Soutenir les réservations d’expéditions maritimes et surveiller les expéditions pour assurer une livraison à temps
- Coordination des achats (bons de commande):

- Support à l’émission des bons de commande aux filiales et aux usines
- Soutien à la communication avec les fournisseurs pour assurer la livraison des marchandises dans les délais
- Coordination des fournisseurs:

- Soutien au suivi des fournisseurs (usines) sur les réclamations, les écarts et les problèmes de qualité
- Soutien aux prévisions:

- Prise en charge de la mise à jour des feuilles de prévision des ventes
- Coordination de l’inventaire:

- Soutenir la gestion des stocks et communiquer les informations de disponibilité à l’équipe de vente

Autrui
- Compte créditeur:

- Soutenir la soumission des factures, des paiements à l’équipe comptable et d’autres aspects financiers
- Soutien administratif:

- Fournir un soutien administratif général aux équipes commerciales et logistiques
- Aider à préparer des rapports, des présentations et d’autres documents au besoin
- Entreprendre toutes les tâches supplémentaires nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise

**Exigences du poste**:
Connaissances et expérience
- Bilingue anglais et français (écrit et parlé)
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent études/expérience de travail
- Solide éthique de travail avec la capacité de s’épanouir de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur le travail d’équipe
- Souci du détail
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Expérience de l’utilisation de logiciels CRM et d’outils de gestion de pipeline, de préférence
- Expérience SAP souhaitable

Études ou expérience équivalente:

- Baccalauréat ou équivalent études/expérience de travail
- Une expérience dans l’industrie de l’audio commercial est un atout

**General Function**:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Audio-Technica Canada, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of the logistics and sales coordination process, including procurement, shipping coordination, inventory, and other support as required.

**Principal Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Sales Support:

- Dealer credit requests support
- Dealer SKU setups
- Back up for sales orders and returns processes
- Web store support
- Answering the phones
- Logistics & Operations Support:

- Shipping Coordination:

- Support the ocean shipment bookings and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Procurement (Purchase Order) Coordination:

- Support to issue purchase orders to affiliates and factories
- Support to communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supplier Coordination:

- Support to follow up with suppliers (factories) on claims, discrepancies, and quality issues
- Forecasting Support:

- Sales forecast sheet update support
- Inventory Coordination:

- Support inventory management and communicate availability info with the sales team

Others
- Account Payable:

- Support submitting invoices, payments to the Accounting team, and other financial

transactions
- Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales and logistics teams
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Undertake any additional tasks required to achieve the company's objectives

- Bachelor’s degree or combined education/work experience equivalent
