**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**
This position includes a combination of personal, administration & operational related responsibilities. A balance between executing given tasks and responding to issues that arise while proactively noticing where value can be created for the executive's time, energy and attention.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keep the ‘day to day’ running smoothly by anticipating, executing on or overseeing a wide range of errands to ensure that the executive’s time, energy and attention are protected and focused on highest priority items and relationships.
- Scheduling including appointments, meetings, and personal time, noticing/resolving any conflicts around company or personal priorities.
- Communications/liaison to various team members, customers or general stakeholders while exemplifying the company's mission, values and brand identity.
- Work closely in project planning, meetings and strategy to manage action items and ensure effective execution.
- General knowledge, use and oversight of general maintenance and upgrades of business technologies, tools, & systems (in collaboration with relevant experts and departments).
- Assist in maintaining/updating the employee standards & experience manual.
- Identify/investigate/report any discrepancies in brand identity or cultural dynamics.
- Gathering and presenting information for reports.
- Advisory/feedback based on awareness, experience, best-practices or social/cultural/market changes.
- Adapt as the company grows and scales.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders managing expectation, values & priorities for successful outcomes.
- Maintain physical and mental health with self-directed and/or company assisted practices.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Preserve personal/professional boundaries with confidentiality or sensitive information while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the executive’s and close contacts preferences, values, and way of living/working.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team and take initiative in various types of environments.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Full G license for minimum of 5 years and a clean drivers abstract.
- Criminal record check will be required.
