The primary focus of this role is to:
Þ Servicing existing customers pro-actively, efficiently and professionally to create loyalty by demonstrating an understanding and supporting of their business goals.

Þ Bring insights on industry-specific job seeker behaviour, talent acquisition strategies and current skill supply/demand analytics.

Þ Being a key part of on-boarding new clients; to ensure they are happy, their needs are being met and that doing business with HVI was absolutely the right decision

**75% of your time will be doing**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by regularly proactively and professionally communicating with them. Demonstrate a clear understanding of their goals & objectives. Ensure that each client feels they are getting the best possible service.
- Be proactive and take leadership in resolving any client issues as they arise and consult as necessary with other team members. Ensure we learn and continuously improve.
- Monitor, interpret and report on job seeker behavior as it relates to each client’s hiring strategy; use data analytics and trend analysis to recommend realistic solutions to ensure they are on track. Consult as necessary with HVI management
- Analyze client data and communicate what it means to their business. The ability to leverage data to story tell
- Understand the competitive landscape and keep up to date with industry trends, vendor technology enhancements, and third-party analyses in order to identify new opportunities. Work with HVI management to recommend solutions and upsell as appropriate

**The remaining 25% you will be doing this**
- Following through on commitments and liaison with each vendor, and ensuring nothing is dropped
- Scheduling presentations and learning sessions for clients, assisting with sales proposals.
- Onboarding new clients
- Coordinating projects with our graphic designer as required
- Reading, researching, understanding and reporting job seeker behaviour and how it ties into labour market trends - always looking forward to anticipate new trends
- Learning & becoming an advanced user of Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBeacon, ViziRecruiter, Jobillico, and other vendors. Provide support to clients as required.

**What you need and why you need it**:

- 3+ years of experience in administration, ideally in the marketing, advertising or in a corporate recruitment department. This role will require analytic abilities and the use of metrics and KPIs to prove ROI on advertising spend.
- A reputation for building relationships. The first answer is always yes, and if you don’t know, you will find out.
- Good business acumen is needed as we work across 5+ different industry sectors in Canada and the USA
- A solution thinker: when faced with complex challenges you think in terms of options and recommended solutions, based on outcomes and costs.
- Constant learning mode, the industry is evolving quickly, as we work with vendors who’s technology updates in real time. We ensure our customers are informed as to what the changes will mean for them.

**Salary**: $47,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
